Our Mission (Master’s Degree)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Master\u2019s Program in English Language Teaching (ELT) aims to educate qualified, research-oriented, and globally aware professionals who can critically engage with theories of language, learning, and teaching, while contributing to innovative practices in diverse educational contexts. The program fosters ethical scholarship, intercultural awareness, and lifelong learning to meet the evolving needs of language education locally and internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Vision (Master’s Degree)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To be recognized as a leading graduate program in ELT that advances excellence in language teacher education, promotes cutting-edge research, and integrates technology and innovation in language learning and teaching. We aspire to prepare graduates who shape the future of ELT through scholarship, pedagogy, and leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n

Departmental Missions (Master’s Degree)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

DM1-MA:<\/strong> To train expert English language educators and researchers who can contribute to the development of language education policies and practices nationally and internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n

DM2-MA:<\/strong> To educate academician candidates with advanced research skills and theoretical knowledge who can produce original studies in the field of English language teaching and applied linguistics.<\/span><\/p>\n

DM3-MA:<\/strong> To develop socially, culturally, and scientifically competent graduates who demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and innovation skills, and who are sensitive to ethical, social, and environmental issues in the context of global education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Program Objectives (Master’s Degree)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

PO1-MA:<\/strong> Graduates of the MA in ELT program acquire advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in ELT, applied linguistics, and research, enabling them to address the complex and evolving needs of language education in diverse contexts.<\/span><\/p>\n

PO2-MA:<\/strong> Graduates are able to critically design, implement, and evaluate innovative teaching practices and assessment models by integrating technology, corpus-based tools, and insights from psycholinguistics, pragmatics, and SLA.<\/span><\/p>\n

PO3-MA:<\/strong> The program equips students with advanced research skills to produce original and ethical scholarship, fostering their ability to publish in academic journals, present at conferences, and contribute to the global ELT community.<\/span><\/p>\n

PO4-MA:<\/strong> Graduates demonstrate effective academic communication, intercultural awareness, and leadership skills, and they are prepared for careers as researchers, higher education lecturers, and experts in international education organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

PO5-MA:<\/strong> Our graduates continue their lifelong learning by pursuing doctoral studies or engaging in professional development, contributing to the advancement of ELT theory, practice, and policy.<\/span><\/p>\n
