We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our Pedagogy Talks series, hosted by the Department of Foreign Languages Education at Afyon Kocatepe University. As part of the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange Program, we had the honor of welcoming a group of esteemed visiting professors from Bulgaria and Romania.

Throughout the Pedagogy Talks series, Dr. Aleksandra Nikolova, Dr. Vilislav Radev, Dr. Elena Kamenova, and Dr. Tanya Vazova shared their expertise and insights with our academic community, sparking meaningful discussions and promoting international collaboration in education.

The series began on May 8 with a captivating presentation by Dr. Nikolova and Dr. Radev, who discussed the use of technology in education. They shared valuable insights on how technology can enhance the learning experience and drive educational innovation. Continuing the series, on May 10, Dr. Kamenova delivered an engaging talk on “Education and Play in Kindergartens.” Participants explored the importance of incorporating play-based approaches in early childhood education to foster creativity and holistic development. Simultaneously, Dr. Vazova shared her expertise on “Management of Human Resources.” Attendees gained valuable insights into effective talent management strategies, team building, and organizational success. The Pedagogy Talks series concluded on May 11 with a dynamic roundtable meeting, where faculty members, graduate and postgraduate students, and the visiting professors engaged in fruitful discussions, exchanging knowledge and building international connections.

We express our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Nikolova, Dr. Radev, Dr. Kamenova, and Dr. Vazova for their valuable contributions to the Pedagogy Talks series. Through the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange Program, we continue to foster global collaboration and empower education with diverse perspectives.
