Dear Students
Students who want to take upper-grade courses are expected to write a petition addressed to the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages Education and submit it to their advisors via e-mail (gkapucu@aku.edu.tr) by September 16, 2024, including the courses they want to take and the excuses why they want to take upper-grade courses for each course. The Department Board will review the petitions and make a final decision on this matter. Students who wish to take upper-grade courses while their decision is pending should only register for their required courses on the first day and contact their advisors before finalizing their registration.
Important reminder: Please do not write a petition for courses that overlap in the program.
