Graduate Program Application and Admission Criteria
1- They must have the relevant undergraduate diploma (or e-Government printout with barcode) as of the final registration date specified in the announcement.
2- They must have received at least 55 points from ALES in the declared score type of the program they are applying for, or an equivalent score from exams such as GRE or GMAT.
3- For programs that require a foreign language as a scientific field, candidates must have received at least 80 points in that language, or an equivalent score from an exam accepted as equivalent by ÖSYM, provided that the exam date is not more than five years old.
4- They must have participated in a scientific evaluation exam determined by a jury of at least three people determined by the Institute’s Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Institute’s Department Board.
5- In thesis-based master’s programs where the language of instruction/field of science is a foreign language, the total of the following must be at least 60 points out of 100: 50% of the ALES score or the score from exams such as GRE or GMAT, 15% of the undergraduate graduation grade point average, 15% of the foreign language exam score or the score of an exam accepted as equivalent, and 20% of the scientific evaluation exam result.
English Language Education (English) Master’s Program Admission Requirements
1- Graduate of an undergraduate program in English Language Education or English Language Teaching.
2- A minimum score of 80 on the YDS/E-YDS/YÖKDİL exams administered by ÖSYM, provided the exam date is not more than five years old, or a valid score on an equivalent international foreign language exam specified in the ÖSYM International Foreign Language Exam Equivalence Document.
3- A minimum score of 70 on the Oral Scientific Assessment Exam.
